You type a question in plain words and it reads your own shop’s data: what is left, who owes you money, what yesterday’s takings were. It can set a discount, prepare a price proposal and build an intake list from a photo of a delivery note.
The assistant does not wait for the whole answer: it puts it on screen the moment it starts writing. Below you can see what it is doing, whether it is counting sales or checking stock.
The assistant lives on the AI screen inside the app. The answer appears as soon as it starts being written — you do not wait for the whole reply, and you can see what it is doing: looking at stock or checking expiry dates. Profit and cost price are shown only to someone allowed to see them.
The assistant has only a handful of actions that change anything, each with its own rule. Here are all four — it touches nothing else.
Say “put a 30% discount on these items” and the discount applies immediately — no confirmation is asked. Set the percentage back to 0 and the old price returns. Up to 20 items per action, 0 to 90 percent, listed by name.
The price does not change straight away. Ask it to “raise this section by 10%” and a card appears on screen; until you confirm it, the old price stays. Even after confirming, the change can be rolled back.
Send a photo of a delivery note, a notebook page or a tag and it reads the items into an editable intake list (up to 40 rows). It never writes to stock by itself: the intake happens when you check the list and press “Confirm”. Up to 6 photos per question.
Say “send it to Telegram” or press the button under the answer and the finished list or report goes to Telegram. Only to your own Telegram — it never writes to a customer or a supplier.
Prices are what an owner worries about most, so nothing changes without confirmation.
“Raise the gram price for 585 karat” or “raise this section by 10%”. The price can also be calculated from each item’s own cost price: match the cost, add an amount, or apply a percentage markup. Only someone allowed to see the cost price can do this.
A card appears on screen: how many items and which price each moves from and to. Ten rows per page, and you can page through them. Up to 300 items per action — beyond that it asks you to narrow the filter.
Until you press the button not a single price changes. Even if you close the card, the old prices stay where they are.
Even after confirming, say “undo it” or press the button on the card and the old prices are restored.
Better to know this upfront than to wait for something that is not there.
The AI screen has a camera button only, no microphone. Send the bot a voice message and it replies that speech-to-text is not connected yet. You type the question.
It answers only when you ask. There are no scheduled jobs like “send me a report every morning” and no self-initiated alerts. The nightly daily report works separately from the AI.
It simply has no tool that can delete a product, a customer or a debt. The only things it can change are a discount, a price proposal, a price rollback and an intake draft.
Do not ask it to send a reminder to a debtor — there is no such tool. It writes only to your own Telegram; who to call is listed in the credit book.
A price change affects the sell price only. The assistant merely reads the cost price; you change it in the app itself.
It suggests what to reorder, but it does not open the supplier order itself — you prepare that in the app.
There is a daily limit — 10 questions a day by default, changed by BuySale in the settings. How many are left today is shown next to the input box, with a warning as you approach the end. Most shop types pay nothing extra per question. Only for jewellery and perfume shops are AI questions (100 UZS) and label reading (10 UZS) charged separately. Prices by type are on the pricing page.
A price never changes on its own: first a card appears showing which item moves from which price to which. Even after confirming, say “undo it” and the old prices come back. A discount, by contrast, applies immediately without confirmation — you remove it by setting the percentage to 0.
Without the cost-price permission the assistant shows them neither cost nor profit. But to be plain: questions about expenses, sales per employee and the service balance are answered for any employee with assistant access. Discounts and prices need a separate permission.
Yes. Send the bot a message ending in a question mark, use the /savol command, or reply to one of the bot’s messages, and the question reaches the assistant. Three things to know: you cannot do a photo intake through the bot — photos work only on the AI screen in the app; the price confirmation card also appears only in the app; and the bot and the app are two separate conversations.
Yes. Photograph the tag with the camera button on the intake screen and the name goes into the field, along with the barcode, sell price, expiry or size depending on shop type, and karat, weight and stone in a jewellery shop. Empty fields are filled in, with one exception: in a jewellery shop the karat is written over the one you picked. An AI does the reading over the internet, so check the filled fields before saving.
The answer usually comes in the language you write the question in — that is what the assistant is told to do, though it is not a guarantee. The language is not taken from the shop settings, so if you want an English answer, ask in English.
