The answer depends on which version you use. The Android (APK) and Windows apps work offline for up to 7 days: products and customers are kept on the device, a sale is recorded immediately and sent to the server in order once the line returns. The browser version (app.buysale.uz and the Telegram mini app) needs internet. This page covers what works and what does not in each, and what to do when the line drops in the browser.
In a hurry? Five lines.
This section is about app.buysale.uz and the Telegram mini app — the Android and Windows apps keep selling with no line. In the browser the sequence is always the same; it helps to know in advance what not to panic about.
The app shell is stored on the phone, so the window opens even with no line: sections, buttons and list areas are all there. Only the data does not arrive.
It says: “The list did not load — check your internet and try again.” It does not mean your goods are gone: they are on the server, they simply are not reaching the phone.
You get: “No connection to the server. Check your internet. If it is fine, wait a moment and try again.” A sale is never half-written: either it is recorded in full or not at all.
Because the sale did not go through, the basket is not cleared — items, quantities and payment type stay as they were. Baskets are kept in the phone’s own storage, so nothing has to be re-assembled even after closing the app.
Nothing needs reconfiguring: the basket is open and you are still signed in. There is one condition — see the “do not record it twice” rule below.
Two lists. The first is what works offline for up to 7 days; the second is what waits for the line to return. In the browser version no sale is recorded without a line at all.
The shop does not close. Those thirty minutes simply go on paper and are entered once afterwards. If the line drops often, move the till to the Android or Windows app — it queues sales by itself.
Product, how many, how much money you took. A fourth column: cash, card or credit. If you sold on credit, write the customer’s name and number too — by evening you will not remember.
Leave the assembled basket alone — it will be ready when the line returns. For the next customer open another basket and keep writing on paper.
Usually it is the Wi-Fi or the provider that dropped while mobile data still works. Turn Wi-Fi off on the phone and check; if the till is on a computer, share the connection from the phone.
Enter the sales in the order you wrote them. Enter credit sales as credit and do not close them as “paid” afterwards — otherwise your debtor figures come out wrong.
This is the delicate part. If the connection broke exactly as you pressed pay, there are two possibilities: the request never reached the server (no sale) or it did reach it and the answer never came back (the sale is recorded while you are looking at an error). The phone cannot tell these apart and shows the same message for both.
So the rule is single: once the line is back, BEFORE pressing pay again open the “History” tab at the till and check whether that sale went through. If it did, just close the basket. If it did not, press the button.
Only what the vendor states on its OWN site is listed here, checked on 18.09.2026. Not being in the list does not mean “no offline mode” — it means the page we opened did not say.
The Android and Windows apps work offline for up to 7 days: sales, debts, payments, expenses, intake and returns are queued and sent in order once the line returns. The browser version (app.buysale.uz, Telegram) needs internet.
Its pricing page states offline operation for up to two weeks. Windows, Android and iOS.
Its site states local storage while offline and a sync once the connection returns.
Its site says the system also works offline, while stating on the same page that being cloud-based it needs a stable connection.
Source: the vendors’ own pages, checked on 18.09.2026. The other systems are absent because their pages say nothing about an offline mode.
This page is about the outage itself. The choice is worked through in a separate eight-question guide.

This question is usually answered with a number. We have not measured one and will not invent it — here is what we can say instead.
In the Android and Windows apps — yes. The sale is recorded on the device at once, queued and sent to the server in order by itself when the line returns; this works for up to 7 days, and the app warns you if the queue is older than 3 days. If the server rejects an operation (for example on a data conflict) it stays in an “errors” list — never silently lost — for the shop to resolve. The browser version (app.buysale.uz, Telegram) has no queue: without a line the sale is not recorded, the basket stays on the phone and you press the button again once the line is back.
No. Baskets are kept in the phone’s own storage: switch sections or close and reopen the app and the items, quantities and payment type are still there. Because the sale did not go through the basket is not cleared, and up to eight baskets can be open at once.
In the Android and Windows apps each queued operation is sent once. In the browser version that risk exists and we do not hide it. If the connection broke as you pressed pay, the request may never have reached the server, or it may have reached it with the answer lost — the screen shows the same error either way. So before pressing again, open the History tab at the till and check whether that sale was recorded.
Yes: the evening report is prepared and sent by the server, not your phone, so it reaches Telegram even if the phone was off. It will contain only the sales that were actually recorded, though — what you wrote on paper does not appear until it is entered, and an app’s queue does not appear until it reaches the server.
No. An outage does not sign you out: when the line returns the app opens under the same shop and no new Telegram sign-in code is requested. One caveat: a member of staff who is already signed in stays signed in — but nobody can sign in with a PIN during an outage, because the PIN is checked on the server. If a shift handover falls inside the outage, the incoming seller cannot get into their own account until the line is back.
First try BuySale’s Android or Windows app: it works offline for up to 7 days — sales, debts, payments, expenses, intake and returns are queued and sent when the line returns. Creating new products, stocktakes and settings still need internet, though, and the browser version does not work offline at all. If you need longer or fully offline operation, among those stating offline work on their own site (checked 18.09.2026): Paloma365 up to two weeks offline, RAOS with local storage offline and a sync when the line returns, iDokon works offline too but, being cloud-based, needs a stable connection. Ask each one how long its offline mode lasts and how the data is sent afterwards rather than trusting a table row.
