From sign-up to your first sale in five steps. Your phone number and a code in Telegram are enough — no application, no paperwork, no payment card.
You need neither a computer nor a technician to start using BuySale — it is all done from your phone. The app also has its own training section that walks through each part with sample data and saves nothing.
Each step is explained in detail below — work through them one by one.
Open app.buysale.uz, enter your phone number and the 6-digit code that arrives in Telegram.
Shop name, your name, shop type and language; the card number is optional. The shop opens at once.
During the trial every section is open and no daily fee is charged.
Pick them from the ready catalogue, photograph the label or type them in on intake.
Give each seller a 4-digit PIN and put the app on your phone screen.
You can look inside the app before signing up. Tap the icons below: the home screen, customers, recording a debt, the till and the profile are all here.
Open app.buysale.uz, type your phone number and press the button that requests a code. The one-time 6-digit code does not come by SMS but through the Telegram bot, so it costs you nothing.
If your number is not connected to the bot yet, no code arrives: the app first shows a button that opens the bot. Open it in Telegram and start it once — after that every code lands there. A code is valid for 5 minutes, and repeated wrong entries block the number for a while.
When the owner opens the app inside the bot, no code or password is asked — it signs you in by itself. After your first sign-in you are not asked for a code for 30 days.
As soon as a new number is confirmed by code, the shop is created — no application, no waiting, no documents. The next screen asks for the shop name, the owner’s name, the shop type, a card number and the language. That card is your own shop’s card: BuySale never asks for a payment card in the app and never charges one itself — when you top up, card details are entered only on the Rahmat payment page. The app works in Uzbek (Latin), Uzbek (Cyrillic) and Russian, and you can change the language later under Profile.
Choose the shop type carefully: it sets both your price and which screens appear in the app. There are nine types — grocery, perfume, household goods, phones, jewellery, clothing, hardware, pharmacy and other; the fields and price of each are on the shop types page.
A newly registered shop works free for 7 days: every section is open, no daily fee is charged and no warnings appear. No payment card is asked for and there is no auto-renewing subscription. Prices by type are on the pricing page.
After the trial, billing runs by the day: there are no plans to choose, you top up your balance and one day’s fee is taken from it each day. To top up, enter the amount under Profile → Balance and pay it on the Rahmat payment page with an Uzcard or Humo card. The top-up amount can be from 1 000 to 50 000 000 UZS; a 1% payment commission is added and shown before you pay (100 000 UZS to the balance costs 101 000 UZS). Once the payment is confirmed the money is credited automatically.
A few days before the balance runs out a warning arrives in Telegram and a banner appears at the top of the app. If less than one day’s fee is left, the next day still opens and the balance goes negative. While it is at zero or below, new sales and intakes are not recorded and those days are not charged, but your data stays: old records and topping up remain open. When money arrives the debt is covered first, then the service works again.
You do not have to enter everything in one day — start with your best sellers.
The central catalogue holds more than 1,700 verified products with factory barcodes (as of 3 October 2026): pick by section or name, or scan the code on the pack — the name and section fill in and you add your price and quantity. The section opens for people with the intake permission and is absent in jewellery shops.
On intake, the camera button beside the name photographs the label and writes the name in; if the label shows a barcode and sale price — plus an expiry date or size by shop type, karat/weight/stone in jewellery, IMEI in a phone shop — those fill their own fields too. Only empty fields are filled, except the karat in jewellery. AI reads it over the internet, so look the fields over before saving.
Type the name, quantity, cost price and sale price — the stock rises at once. You can also enter the price as “this is what I paid in total”: the unit price is worked out and your margin is shown on screen.
A seller signs in with neither your code nor your phone. Under Profile → Employees you create a 4-digit PIN for each, and on the sign-in screen the employee types the shop’s number and their own PIN. Telegram sign-in works for the owner only.
You decide who can do what: a separate permission for each action and four ready presets — “Till only”, “Seller”, “Senior seller” and “Manager”. Balance, the employee list and the shop card never open to an employee; seeing the cost price is a separate permission, and without it the cost is hidden both on screen and in Excel. What each permission opens is in the staff permissions guide.
Each employee sign-in is reported to you in Telegram at once, and a “who signed in and when” list is kept. You are told when someone is guessing a PIN, and after wrong attempts the number is blocked for a while. Block an employee or remove a permission and they stop at their very next tap.
The code comes only through the Telegram bot; no SMS is sent. If your number is not connected to the bot, open it with the button on the sign-in screen, start it once and request the code again. A code lives 5 minutes, and repeated wrong entries block the number for a while — wait a little and try again.
No. The sign-in code is sent only through the Telegram bot, so a Telegram account is required. There is an upside: the daily report, the low-balance warning and employee sign-in alerts arrive in the same place.
No. Start with your best sellers — from the catalogue, from a label photo or typed by hand — and add the rest with each delivery. To sell an item, though, it has to exist in the database.
On iPhone it works through the browser: open it in Safari and choose “Add to Home Screen” — a separate icon appears and opens like an app. There is no App Store app yet. For Android there is an app, downloaded from the sign-in screen rather than from Play Market.
No. The employee types the shop’s phone number and the 4-digit PIN you gave them — your code is not needed. Their sign-in is reported to you in Telegram at once; balance, the employee list and the shop card do not open to them, and they see the cost price only if you allow it.
