In a jewellery shop every ring, earring and chain gets its own card: karat, gram weight, size and stone are recorded, and the tag carries a QR code. The price comes from your gram price, and “how many grams of 585 do I have” is answered on one screen.
At intake the karat, weight, size and stone are separate fields.
When you sign up you choose “jewellery” as the shop type, and from that day the app adapts to jewellery work. You can change the type later in Profile > Shop details.
A jewellery tag prints differently from a shelf label — narrow and long. A linear barcode does not fit on it, so the tag carries a QR code, and the app’s scanner reads both QR and ordinary barcodes. Printing tags and labels is covered in the barcode and label guide.
Four rows — karat, size, weight, stone — with a QR code and the item code above them. The tag is 54 mm wide and the QR 14×14 mm, so it still scans from a small tag.
To be plain about it: a jewellery tag never prints a price. The “show price” checkbox exists only for ordinary shelf labels — the gold price moves, while the tag stays on the item.
An item with no factory code gets a shop code in one tap — it starts with “20”, so it can never clash with a real factory code. If the number on the tag is already taken, the new item is given an internal code.
You print the tag right after saving an intake or from the stock card, in several copies; in a jewellery shop the copy count starts at 1 every time. In Profile > Label printer you pick the roll size (40×30, 58×40, 58×30, 43×25, 30×20 mm or your own) and print a test tag from the same place.
In Profile you set the price of one gram for each karat (585, 750 and the rest), and intake gets shorter. A photo of a delivery note also becomes a draft list: karat, weight, size and stone land in their own columns, and nothing enters stock until you confirm it.
Ring, earrings, chain — tap a ready button or type your own word. Even the greyed-out hints are jewellery ones: “Ring 585”.
Choose the karat from the buttons and type the weight in grams. You can also photograph the tag — the name, code, price and those four fields fill themselves. The photo is read by AI, so you need a connection, and you should check the fields before saving, because the karat is written over the one you chose.
The selling price comes out as weight × the gram price for that karat. If you want a different one, type it in and yours stays.
The tag prints as soon as the intake is saved, and the item reaches the display case wearing it. You can reprint it later from the stock card.
During a stocktake you scan the QR on one tag after another, and the scanner stays open. What you have checked is saved on the server: leave the screen or come back from another phone and you carry on where you stopped. At the end you get the list of discrepancies and the stock is corrected.
To restart a count that took hours, a confirmation code is sent to the owner’s Telegram. Neither an employee nor a stray tap can do it.
At the till you choose “On credit”: the phone number is asked first, and if the customer is already in the base their name and open balance appear at once. If they paid part of it, you enter what you received and the rest is worked out and written into the credit book. If an item with a discount is in the basket, a split payment is not saved yet — put such a sale through in full: cash, card or on credit.
A debt written at the till carries no due date — for that use the “Record a debt” screen or the customer card. Each customer can be given a credit limit or be blocked: past the limit no new debt is written.
We would rather say this up front, so what you expect is what you get.
The shop type sets the price, and it is the same for every shop of that type. In this type AI assistant requests are charged separately (also during the trial): a question — 100 UZS, label reading — 10 UZS. Prices for every type and what they include are on the pricing page; what other programs charge is in our shop software price research.
Billed daily with no monthly contract; nothing added for staff, tills or product counts; setup costs nothing; 7 days free. Not a fiscal cash register.
The figure above is the current price for this shop type. Published prices of other programs are collected on the “Shop software prices” page, with source links and the date each was checked.
No. The gram price in Profile applies to new intake, while items already in stock are not recalculated — you re-price those in one go through the AI assistant’s proposal for that karat: it shows which item moves to which price, you confirm, and you can roll it back.
The seller scans the QR on the tag and the item opens at the till with its price, karat, weight, size and stone. Because the price is not on the tag, you do not reprint tags when the gram price moves.
You add the item in intake, and if it has no barcode a shop code is created in one tap — it starts with “20” and never clashes with factory codes. The tag prints straight away and the item goes back on display wearing it.
The stocktake is kept on the server: leave the screen or come back the next day from another phone and you continue where you stopped. To start the count from zero, a confirmation code goes to the owner’s Telegram.
Scrap is kept in grams and the quantity can be a decimal — 2.35 g. In the karat totals both items and scrap are reduced to the same grams, so “how many grams of 585” includes the scrap as well.
Seeing the cost price is a separate permission: an employee without it is never sent the cost or the profit — not on screen and not in the Excel file. Selling on credit, refunds and price changes are separate permissions too.
