Yes. BuySale runs in your phone browser, and there are apps for Android and Windows that work offline for up to 7 days. The phone camera reads barcodes, so a separate scanner is not required. If you need receipts or labels, they print through the print dialog on a printer connected to the phone or computer.
The Android and Windows apps work offline for up to 7 days: sales, debts and payments are queued and sent to the server automatically once the connection is back. The web version in the browser needs internet. What to do in the shop when the connection drops is on a separate page.
Yes. In the customer credit book every credit sale is stored with the customer, amount and due date, and overdue debts are listed separately on the home screen. Partial payments are deducted automatically, so you do not need a separate debt-book app. No SMS or call goes to the customer on its own: the app prepares the list of who to remind.
You grant permissions to each employee separately. The ready-made “Till only”, “Seller” and “Senior seller” sets include no price changes, no cost prices and no reports — the employee does not see them until you switch them on.
