BuySale is software for pharmacies: every delivery becomes its own batch with its own date and expiry, the batch expiring first is sold first, and anything close to expiry appears in a separate list. The phone camera reads the barcode, so no computer is needed.
Intake shows an expiry field, because a pharmacy is one of the types that tracks it. The icons below take you into the other sections.
Many lines, small packs, a different date on each — a paper book cannot carry that. And nobody takes an expired pack back.
No separate register is needed: the expiry date is part of an ordinary intake.
You enter the medicine with quantity, cost and selling price, and put its date in the expiry field. That field appears by itself in a pharmacy shop, and the units offered are piece and box.
Photograph the label with the camera button: the name goes into the name field, while the barcode, selling price and expiry only fill fields you left empty. An AI reads the label over the internet, so it works when AI is connected — check the filled fields before saving.
At the till you just scan the code. The seller never picks a batch: the program starts with the earliest expiry and the stock drops at once.
Items with a week left sit on the home screen, and the full list is in stock sorted by expiry. In the evening it also joins the Telegram report — if Telegram is connected.
A pharmacy queue moves fast — the till wants a scanned code, not typing.
It reads EAN, UPC, Code-128, Code-39 and QR. The scanner stays open: hold up item after item and anything in the database with enough stock drops into the basket. If the code is unknown the scanner closes and offers to attach it to a product.
The units offered are piece and box. One product can hold both the box code and the pack code, and either finds the same item. For anything without a factory code the program makes its own.
The payment type is picked on every sale, and cash and card show separately in the report. If the customer pays part, you enter that sum and the rest moves to a second method or to credit; for now that split works only when there is no discounted item in the basket. Selling on credit is a separate permission.
Receipts print on 58 or 80 mm rolls, and you set the width once in Profile. For a return you scan the item, its recent sales appear and the stock comes back. You hand the money over yourself in cash or to a card — the program records which way it went, or deducts it from the debt.
Expiry is half a pharmacy’s job. The other half: what is running out, what to order and whether the shelf matches the records. More in inventory and the stocktaking guide.
Every product has a low-stock threshold, set by shop type or by you. Once stock falls below it, the item turns yellow on the home screen and in stock.
From the last 30 days of sales it suggests about 14 days of cover, grouped by supplier. You copy or print the text — it is not sent to the supplier by itself.
You scan pack after pack and the count is kept on the server, so you continue from the same place on another phone. At the end you see the discrepancies; restarting a count needs a code sent to the owner’s Telegram.
The pharmacy type differs in this: an expiry field, with piece and box as units. The rest — till, stock, credit, reports — is as in any shop.
The shop type sets the price, and it is the same for every shop of that type. In this type AI assistant questions are not charged separately. Prices for every type and what they include are on the pricing page; what other programs charge is in our shop software price research.
Billed daily with no monthly contract; nothing added for staff, tills or product counts; setup costs nothing; 7 days free. Not a fiscal cash register.
The figure above is the current price for this shop type. Published prices of other programs are collected on the “Shop software prices” page, with source links and the date each was checked.
In three places: the home screen lists items with a week or less left (up to 10), the stock list sorts by expiry, and the evening Telegram report repeats it when Telegram is connected. A sale takes the batch expiring soonest, and you can discount the whole list in one tap.
No. The scanner works with EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, UPC-E, Code-128, Code-39 and QR; DataMatrix is not on the list, and BuySale is not connected to the Asl belgisi system either — nothing is sent to any state system. If the box carries an ordinary barcode, the medicine is tracked by it; if a code is missing or torn, the program creates an in-store code and you print the label. Check with the tax office (soliq.uz) or your accountant what selling marked medicines requires.
No. The pharmacy type differs only in this: an expiry field on the card, with piece and box as units. There is no series field and no prescription register — a batch is your own intake: when it arrived and when it expires.
No. It is an ordinary sales slip: shop, date, seller, items, total and payment type. No fiscal mark, no tax QR code, nothing sent to a state system. BuySale does not replace a fiscal till — it is for your own records.
Each item is entered once: at intake you scan the code and it lands in its own field, and photographing the label fills the name, price and expiry too (when AI is connected). We do not promise a ready medicine database: the list builds from your own deliveries. A list from a delivery-note photo becomes stock after you confirm it.
An employee signs in with the shop number and a 4-digit PIN, and you set their rights. Seeing cost prices is separate: without it the cost appears neither on screen nor in Excel. Credit sales, returns and reports are separate too, and the balance and employees section stay with the owner.
Inventory software on your phone: stock and intake, fields filled from a label photo, batches and expiry, low-stock alerts, stocktaking and Excel.
