BILLZ is one of the best-known shop systems in Uzbekistan and for many shops it is the right choice — but not for every shop. This page sets out what BILLZ does and which programs are worth looking at instead, with every figure taken from that vendor’s own site as of 18.09.2026. BuySale wrote this page: we are on the list too and we are an interested party, so every claim carries a source.
Behind “what can replace BILLZ?” there is usually one of three needs, and the answer depends on which.
One shop, two sellers and several hundred thousand sum a month is a familiar pain. The table below lists published prices — cheaper ones and dearer ones.
Learn more →For some systems the main workplace is a desktop and the mobile app is a companion. If you want to keep the books entirely on a phone, read the Device column.
Fiscal receipts are a separate matter. No shop program removes your obligation to the tax office: a registered or virtual till is still needed. The table shows what each vendor states.
Learn more →Everything below comes from BILLZ’s own pricing and features pages. We do not run a competitor down — we only repeat what they publish themselves.
The honest conclusion: if you run several shops, dozens of staff and thousands of customers, BILLZ is built for exactly that kind of shop, and we do not pitch ourselves to it. Looking for an alternative makes sense in a different situation — one shop, one or two sellers, no computer, and a monthly fee that hurts. For that case BILLZ itself also has a Lite plan for phones — compare it alongside the other options in the table below.
We are first, BILLZ second, the rest alphabetical. This is not a ranking: there is no “best” verdict here, because handing one out as an interested party would be wrong. Tap a name to show a single card.
A small shop run by the owner or one or two sellers: till, stock, a customer credit ledger and a nightly profit report. No charge for staff, tills or product counts
Phone first: the Android app is downloaded from the site (not in Play Market), iPhone adds it from Safari, desktop runs it in Chrome or Edge. The phone camera reads barcodes
No. BuySale issues no fiscal receipt and is not connected to the tax system — it works alongside your registered fiscal till

Prices were taken from each vendor’s own official site on 18.09.2026 and can change at any time — open their pricing page yourself before signing. The BILLZ, REGOS and MoySklad data was re-checked on 04.10.2026. Where no price is published we say so: we do not copy figures from third-party round-ups.
Every claim above traces back to these pages. The links open in a new window.
Round-ups of the “20 programs in Uzbekistan” kind also carry these names. We left them out of the table and say plainly why — copying an unverified figure only misleads the reader.
On 18.09.2026 the cloudshop.uz domain did not resolve. Prices are published in roubles only and the fiscal features target Russian rules — nothing about the Uzbek tax system.
LiteBox POS is litebox.ru, built for the Russian market; the page says nothing about Uzbekistan or the sum. And litebox.uz is an advertising-equipment firm — not a POS system and unrelated to LiteBox.
On 18.09.2026 the sellerpeak24.uz domain was in its redemption period: the home page showed a domain-recovery warning and the pricing page returned 404.
On 18.09.2026 jowi.club did not respond and jowi.uz returned 404. Jowi is also aimed at restaurants and cafés, not shops.
No published price and a very short product page: nothing on trials, tax integration or limits. On 18.09.2026 the oxsystem.uz domain did not respond.
Price on demo request only. The product is not for a small shop: it targets distribution and field sales in companies with more than 50 staff.
The page we checked gives no firm price. It is a Windows-only desktop program — no phone use is described. Receipts can be printed with or without fiscalisation, it states.
Prices in dollars only (Mini at $26 a month paid yearly). No Uzbekistan-specific plan or sum pricing on the page, and no Uzbek among the site languages. Mostly for restaurants and cafés.
We could only check the Google Play listing: the app exists, but the official site, price, free tier and tax integration are unconfirmed at source.
Changing software is not a one-day job. Answer these four questions and the choice gets much easier.
Your duty to the tax office and your own bookkeeping are two different jobs. If you need fiscal receipts, look at the vendors who state a tax integration themselves; BuySale does not do it.
A system with a mobile app is not the same as a system where the phone is the main workplace. Work out in advance whether you must buy a scanner, a computer and a receipt printer.
An extra sales point, user, till or warehouse, a one-off setup fee, connecting the fiscal module — each can be its own line. We deliberately put such limits into the “who it is for” column.
Free periods in the table run from 5 to 30 days, and some vendors announce none. One day at a real counter beats ten pages of comparison. With BuySale it is 7 days.
We wrote this page, so we are not hiding the most important list: if any line below describes you, do not spend time on BuySale — pick something else from the table above.
The table above covers 15 systems plus BuySale: each with its own published price, who it is for, what device it runs on and what it says about tax integration. Data as of 18.09.2026. There is no “best” answer — it depends on your shop size, whether you have a computer and whether you need fiscal receipts.
On its own pricing page BILLZ lists Start at 299,000 UZS a month, Advanced at 499,000 and Pro at 999,000, with each extra sales point charged separately at 179,000 UZS. Paying a year or more ahead gives 20% off, and every plan has a 7-day free trial. There is also a simple BILLZ Lite plan for phones at 99,000 UZS; its page states no billing period. This is as of 04.10.2026 — prices may have changed, so open the billz.io pricing page yourself.
Not for every shop. If you have one shop, one or two sellers and want to keep the books on a phone — yes, that is exactly what BuySale was built for. If you need all branches in one in-app report, fiscal receipts, or product marking — no, we have none of those. Offline work is available only in the Android and Windows apps (up to 7 days); the browser version needs internet.
Vendors that state a tax or fiscal integration on their own site: RAOS, YesPOS, mDokon, iDokon, PosPoint, Hippo POS, UMAG, MoySklad, JetPOS and REGOS (REGOS charges separately to connect the fiscal module). The BILLZ, Optimo, Paloma365 and Loyverse pages say nothing about it — which means we could not confirm it, not that it is absent. BuySale is not connected to the tax system — the difference between a fiscal till and shop software is explained in Fiscal till vs shop software. Data as of 18.09.2026; get written confirmation from the vendor before signing.
Not us, and we say so plainly. The lowest published prices are MoySklad’s free plan (capped at 100 products, 100 counterparties and 100 documents), Loyverse’s free core POS (31 days of analytics only), REGOS Start at 69,000 and PosPoint Start at 99,000 UZS a month, plus BILLZ Lite at 99,000 UZS (its page states no billing period). BuySale bills daily instead, and the price depends on the shop type: Grocery, mini market — 6 630 UZS/day, Phone shop — 6 630 UZS/day, Household goods — 6 630 UZS/day, Jewellery shop — 6 666 UZS/day, Perfume shop — 6 666 UZS/day, Hardware shop — 7 000 UZS/day, Clothing shop — 8 000 UZS/day, Pharmacy — 10 000 UZS/day — that is from 198 900 UZS per 30 days. The cheapest row in the table is below ours, and we do not hide that. The full market picture is in our shop software price survey. A detailed MoySklad comparison is on the MoySklad alternatives page.
There is no automatic migration and no Excel or CSV import. You pick items from the shared catalogue, scan the barcode with the phone camera or photograph the label. Outstanding customer debts have to be entered by hand. A day-by-day plan is in switching from another program.
BuySale wrote this page, so we are an interested party. That is why we kept to one rule: every claim about a competitor comes from their own official site and the link is right here; where a site is silent we write “not stated” rather than turning it into a flaw. We published no ranking, never called ourselves best, and listed what we cannot do in its own section. Data as of 18.09.2026 — please verify it.
