What BuySale does

A shop owner’s day splits into five jobs: selling, stock, credit, counting the money and keeping an eye on staff. BuySale puts all five in one app, so you need neither a notebook nor a separate Excel file. Every section is listed on the features page.

At the till the phone camera reads the barcode, and stock drops as soon as the sale is recorded.
Inventory covers stock, intake and batches, while expiry dates are asked for in the types that need them — grocery, pharmacy and perfume; stocktaking is done by scanning labels, and the whole stock list exports to Excel.
The credit ledger shows who owes what and how much has been paid; a partial payment reduces the balance automatically. A due date is set when you record the debt by hand: selling on credit at the till does not ask for one.
Reports show revenue, gross profit, expenses and net profit; the evening report arrives in Telegram by itself, provided Telegram is connected.
Every employee gets their own permissions — who sells, who records credit, who sees the cost price — with ready-made sets: Cashier, Seller, Senior seller and Manager.
If AI is switched on for the shop, you can ask the assistant about stock, sales and debts in plain words; it never changes a price by itself — it proposes, and you confirm.

Who it is built for

BuySale is built for small shops: the ones where the owner stands behind the counter or where one or two sellers work. When you register you pick your shop type — the app has nine — and the program adapts to it: units, the fields on a product card and the label all change accordingly. Jewellery, perfume and grocery shops each get their own tailored parts — those are the ones shown below. The service runs online anywhere in Uzbekistan, with no installer visit needed.

Each item has its own card: karat, weight, size and stone are recorded separately, the price is calculated from the gram price, and the tag prints with a QR code.

Perfume shop

Every bottle is tracked by barcode, millilitres are available as a unit, expiry dates are asked for, and low stock warns you in advance.

Grocery and mini market

The scanner stays open for fast selling; a label for an item that has been given a scale number in the app is read together with its weight, and items near expiry or low in stock appear as separate lists.

The principles we work by

Everything on a phone

BuySale opens in a phone browser, works inside the Telegram bot, and the Android app downloads from a button on the sign-in screen. There is no separate iPhone app — you open it in Safari and add it to your home screen.

Every shop’s data is separate

Products, customers, debts, sales and reports are stored against your shop, and no other shop can see them. The balance, the staff list and the shop card stay with the owner only — no permission opens them to an employee.

We do not promise what is missing

For example, the BuySale receipt is not a fiscal one, and the web version in the browser does not work offline. We say so plainly on the site — better than a disappointment later.

Billing by the day

There is no plan to choose: your balance is charged once a day, for every day the service stays open. If less than one day’s fee is left, the next day still opens — the shortfall becomes a negative balance (debt) that is covered first from your next top-up. While the balance is at zero or below, new sales and intakes are not recorded and those days are not charged; your data stays and everything reopens the moment you top up.

How a shop gets started

You enter your phone number

You type your number in the app and a one-time code arrives through the Telegram bot; it is valid for five minutes. The code is not sent by SMS, so Telegram is required.

The shop opens straight away

As soon as the code is confirmed the shop is created: you fill in its name, the owner’s name, the shop type and the language. No application form and no waiting for approval.

You work free for 7 days

During that time every section is unlocked and no daily fee is charged. If you like it you carry on; if not you stop, and your data is kept either way (it can only be deleted after 6 months with no top-up and no sign-in, and you are warned first).

Write to the BuySale bot on Telegram — the app itself opens from that same bot.
The app runs in Uzbek (Latin and Cyrillic) and Russian, and you can switch the language in the Profile section at any time.
If we need to see the problem ourselves, a temporary entry into your shop account is opened: that access lasts only 2 hours and is written to the log.
We remind you about a balance that is running out: a message arrives in Telegram a few days before it ends, so the service never stops unexpectedly.

Common questions

What exactly is BuySale?

BuySale is shop software: a POS on your phone, inventory, a customer credit ledger, a daily profit report and an AI assistant in one app. It is made for small shops in Uzbekistan: you pick your shop type when you register, and the app adapts to it.

Can other shops see my data?

No. Products, customers, debts, sales and reports are stored against your shop’s number and no other shop can reach them. The AI assistant also reads only your shop’s data — the server decides which shop that is, not the text of the question.

Is Telegram required?

For signing in, yes: the one-time code comes only through the Telegram bot and is never sent by SMS. The evening report, staff sign-in alerts and balance warnings also arrive in Telegram. A seller, though, signs in with the shop’s number and their own 4-digit PIN and does not need Telegram.

Does it work without internet?

The Android and Windows apps do, for up to 7 days: sales, debts, payments, expenses, intake and returns are queued and sent to the server automatically once the connection is back. The web version in the browser needs internet — mobile data or Wi-Fi is enough.

Is there an Android or iPhone app?

The Android app downloads from a button on the sign-in screen — it is not on Play Market yet, and updates arrive inside the app itself. There is no separate iPhone app: open the site in Safari and add it to your home screen, and it behaves like an app.

How is payment handled?

You top up inside the app: enter the amount under Profile → Balance and pay it on the Rahmat payment page. There you can pay with Uzcard and Humo cards; payment with Visa and Mastercard cards is not available, and any other payment methods are the ones the Rahmat page itself shows. A 1% payment commission is added and shown before you pay; the money is credited automatically once the payment is confirmed.
