We put the official prices of ten systems working in Uzbekistan into one table — all taken from their own sites as of 16 September 2026. Straight away: we are not the cheapest on the market. We also write openly who is better off elsewhere.
We list the lowest published plan of each system. Our own price depends on the shop type — you will find it on the Pricing page.
POS, stock, credit, reports and AI assistant in one price. Only for jewellery and perfume shops are AI questions (100 UZS) and label reading (10 UZS) charged separately. 7 days free, no setup fee
The free plan allows 5 users, 1 legal entity and up to 100 products
1 company, 1 warehouse, 1 web till, 2 users. Extra till 30,000, extra user 25,000 UZS
Start covers up to 10 users; each extra shop +179,000 UZS; 7-day trial
The starter plan is for 1 cashier; an offline mode is advertised
Three plans published on the home page
Annual payment — 1,100,000 UZS
A phone and tablet POS; the app is in Play Market
Three plans published on the site
The price is tied to the base unit, so it moves when that changes
30-day free trial; a Soliq.uz integration is advertised
Prices were taken from each vendor’s own site on 16 September 2026 and can change. Smartup and Qarzly publish no price, so they are not in the table.
The table itself contains plans cheaper than our lowest one. So we do not write “cheapest” — we only name, with figures, what we are cheaper than.
No single program fits every shop. In the cases below you are better off with someone else — so you do not lose time.
BuySale’s Android and Windows apps keep selling offline for up to 7 days and sync once the connection is back; the browser version needs internet.
Learn more →MoySklad’s free plan gives 5 users, 1 legal entity and up to 100 products. If your range stays under that, try it first.
Learn more →We do not issue fiscal receipts and are not connected to the tax system. RAOS advertises a Soliq.uz integration and REGOS a virtual till service.
We have branches — one balance, transfers between branches, a total in the evening Telegram report — but no in-app report that puts all branches on one screen. The BILLZ Start plan includes up to 3 extra locations.
Learn more →This is our ground: the phone camera reads barcodes, no scanner needed. BirLiy also runs on a phone and is in Play Market; our Android app is downloaded from the site.
Credit is kept by phone number, the day’s result arrives in Telegram each night (22:00 by default), and a seller signs in by PIN — seeing cost prices is a separate permission, so withhold it and he sees neither cost nor profit.
Learn more →The monthly fee is half the story. Many owners are surprised by the first invoice: the add-ons are rarely written next to the plan.
Extra tills, users, shops, separate modules and consulting hours — each sits as its own line in the price list.
The REGOS shop lists a 2D scanner from 594,000 UZS and a receipt printer at 355,000–600,000 UZS. Work with a phone camera and that cost disappears.
Free periods run from 7 to 30 days. One day at the counter beats ten pages of comparison.
We have no automatic import from another system: you pick items from the catalogue, scan their codes or photograph the label.
Because it would not be true. The table itself has cheaper plans: MoySklad free (up to 100 products), REGOS Start 69,000, BILLZ Lite 99,000 and BirLiy at 49,000 UZS for the first six months.
On 16 September 2026, from each vendor’s own official site. Prices can change at any time, so open their pricing page yourself before you sign anything.
There is no automatic import: you pick items from the shared catalogue, scan the barcode or photograph the label. Outstanding customer debts have to be entered by hand.
No. BuySale does not issue fiscal receipts and is not connected to the tax system — the printed slip is a plain sales receipt. Your fiscal till keeps working, while BuySale tracks stock, profit and credit.
One account and one balance: the second shop is opened in it as a branch; each open branch adds 6 630 UZS a day. Nothing is added for staff, tills or product counts. There is no in-app report that puts all branches on one screen; the combined total comes in the evening Telegram report. BILLZ lists an extra location at +179,000 UZS. How a branch is opened — on the branches page.
The table above showed the lowest plan of ten systems. This one shows everything: 25 systems in alphabetical order, each with its full published pricing, trial period and limits. Vendors that publish no price at all are here too, marked plainly as “no price published”, because a missing price is an answer as well. BuySale sits in the same columns, weak points included.

Checked: 2026-09-18; the BILLZ, REGOS and MoySklad rows were re-checked on 2026-10-04. Every cell comes from that vendor’s own page at the link above; “not mentioned” does not mean “it cannot do this” — it simply was not on the page we opened. Prices and terms change, so open the site yourself before signing anything. Vendors: if something here is out of date or wrong, write to us via the Contact page or the Telegram bot — we will correct it against your source and update the checked date.
Almost every low figure in the table has a limit next to it. Before you sign, check whether your shop fits inside that limit.
In short: 1C is a family of programs for bookkeeping, trade and stock accounting (there are Uzbek editions of 1C:Accounting, 1C:Trade Management and 1C:Retail), and 1C partners offer installation, setup and training as a service. The owner of a single shop is often fine with a cloud app on a phone: till, stock, credit and the day’s profit. BuySale is the second kind and has no link to 1C at all.
For running the shop — yes, if what you need is the till, stock, credit and the day’s profit. For bookkeeping — no: BuySale keeps no VAT, invoices, payroll or tax reports and exchanges no data with 1C. Your accountant can stay in their own software while you keep the daily books in BuySale, but the two systems are not connected: the totals are handed to the accountant by hand.
Not directly: there is no 1C exchange and no export in 1C format. Stock can be exported to an Excel file, and takings, expenses and profit for the day are in the report — your accountant takes the figures from there.
On the page of 1C partner 1solution.uz, as of 2026-10-04: 1C:Retail 8 Basic — 1,204,000 UZS, 1C:Retail 8 Prof — 3,095,000 UZS. What that amount covers — a one-off licence, how many workplaces, updates — is not stated there; the page also lists installation and training as a service, so ask whether it is included. Before signing, ask the partner for the full cost in writing. BuySale bills by the day instead: from 6 630 UZS a day, with no setup fee.
We do not know and we will not guess. At the time of checking, EasyTrade, JetPOS, OX System, Smartup and USU showed no exact price on their own pages, and the SellerPeak24 and Jowi sites did not open at all on 2026-09-18. When you ask for a price, ask for three things at once: the monthly or yearly fee, the one-off onboarding charge, and the cost of an extra till, user and outlet. Without all three you cannot work out the total.
Because we record each price exactly as the vendor published it, rather than recalculating on their behalf. UMAG quotes only 3, 6 and 12 months; MoySklad’s Start plan is annual only; YesPOS shows monthly and yearly side by side; and BuySale bills by the day — from 6 630 UZS a day, from 198 900 UZS for 30 days. When comparing, convert everything to the same period and add the one-off charges.
Three in the table work this way: Poster POS publishes only in dollars, Loyverse prices its add-ons in dollars, and CloudShop quotes only in roubles. None of their sites carries a UZS plan for Uzbekistan, so we did not multiply by a rate and invent a figure. Before choosing one, ask whether they accept payment in UZS, what exchange rate they use and who signs the contract inside Uzbekistan.
Write to us and we will fix it. Through the Contact page or the Telegram bot, tell us which cell is wrong and send the link on your own site: we will correct it against that link and update the “checked” date under the table. If you ask to be removed from the table, we will remove you. We ask for nothing in return: there are no paid slots on this page and the order is alphabetical.
BuySale wrote this page and we do not hide it, which is exactly why there is no ranking: the order is alphabetical. The BuySale row states as plainly as its price that there is no fiscal receipt, offline mode only in the Android and Windows apps (up to 7 days) with the browser version needing internet, no Excel import, no single-screen report across all branches, no marking codes and no direct printer connection. The table contains plans cheaper than ours and we did not take them out.
