We sorted 21 systems used in Uzbekistan into five groups by type. What each one is, who it is for, what it runs on, what its site says about fiscal receipts and what it costs — all taken from that system’s own website. This is not a ranking: each group is alphabetical. BuySale wrote this page, and BuySale sits in its own group.
When a shop owner says “I need till software”, they usually mean one of two jobs: issuing a fiscal receipt for the tax office, or keeping the shop’s own books — stock, profit, customer credit. The systems on the market do one of these, both, or something else again. So it helps to know the type first.
Two of these can also run side by side: a fiscal till for the tax office and software for the shop’s own books. Check with the tax office or your accountant how the fiscal receipt rules apply to your shop; the official information is on soliq.uz.
This group is about the fiscal receipt: the sale is fiscalised and the data goes to the tax system. Some also include stock records.

For keeping a shop’s books on a phone or tablet, without a computer. Both say openly that they do not replace a fiscal till. BuySale is in this group.

Answers to these questions are worth more than the long list in an advert. Put them to the vendor during a demo or the trial.
First check with the tax office or your accountant how the fiscal receipt applies to your shop. Then ask: does the software fiscalise the receipt itself, does it connect to an online till, or do you need a separate till next to it?
Where the connection drops, ask whether there is an offline mode and how long it lasts. Some sites state anything from 24 hours to 2 weeks; BuySale’s Android and Windows apps last up to 7 days, while its browser version needs internet.
Phone, tablet, computer or all-in-one terminal — pick what matches the hardware you already have. If you need new hardware, add its price: the Rahmat POS site, for example, lists the SUNMI P3 terminal at 990,000 UZS.
Beyond the monthly fee, ask about setup, extra tills, users and branches. Examples from the sites: UMAG lists setup and training at 795,000 UZS, REGOS an extra till at 30,000 UZS/month, BILLZ an extra location at +179,000 UZS.
Free trials on the sites run from 5 days (JetPOS) to 30 (RAOS). Test on a real trading day — one day at the counter shows a lot.
Is each debt stored with customer, amount and due date, and are partial payments deducted automatically? Can a permission stop a seller from seeing cost price and profit? Ask to see this in the demo.
Ask in advance whether products can be imported from Excel or your old program, and how outstanding debts get entered. BuySale has no file import, but photograph the list or a waybill and the AI assistant reads it and builds an intake card; the rest comes from the catalogue and the scanner.
BuySale is software for small shops that runs on a phone: POS, inventory, customer credit and reports. It is not a fiscal till and does not replace one: if you need a fiscal till, it works separately, while BuySale keeps track of stock, profit, customer credit and staff alongside it.
Barcodes, carts, cash, card or credit, receipts and shift close.

Learn more →By type there are five groups. Online and virtual tills: E-POS Systems, MobilKassa, Rahmat POS, Smart Business. Till and stock software for shops: BILLZ, Hippo POS, iDokon, mDokon, Optimo, Paloma365, RAOS, Smartdo, UMAG, YesPOS. Stock and ERP systems: MoySklad, REGOS, Smartup. Desktop programs: EasyTrade, JetPOS. Phone apps: BirLiy, BuySale. The list is not complete — there are other systems on the market too.
There is no single answer, because plans include different things. Among the low prices published on the sites: MoySklad’s free plan (up to 100 products), REGOS Start at 69,000 UZS/month, BirLiy at 49,000 UZS/month for the first 6 months, Smartdo Starter at 99,000 UZS/month and BILLZ Lite at 99,000 UZS. BuySale starts from 6 630 UZS a day, deducted from the balance daily (the 30-day total is on the Pricing page). Add setup, extra tills and hardware on top of the monthly fee: the UMAG site, for example, lists a one-off 795,000 UZS for setup and training.
Yes. These state offline work on their own sites: BILLZ, BirLiy, E-POS, iDokon, mDokon, MoySklad, RAOS, Smartdo, UMAG; MobilKassa and Rahmat POS for up to 24 hours, Paloma365 for up to 2 weeks. BuySale’s Android and Windows apps also work offline for up to 7 days (the browser version needs internet). Ask each vendor how long its offline mode lasts and how the data is sent afterwards.
Yes. BirLiy runs on Android phones and tablets and is in Google Play. BuySale runs in the phone browser, its Android app downloads from the site, and on iPhone it is added to the home screen via Safari. Among online tills, MobilKassa says it runs on an Android phone, and E-POS has E-POS Mobile for smartphones. RAOS has an Android app for cashiers; Paloma365 says it runs on phones and tablets, and mDokon lists Android. For the rest, see the “Runs on” line in the tables.
No. BuySale does not issue fiscal receipts and is not connected to the tax system — the slip it prints is the shop’s own sales receipt, with no fiscal mark and no tax QR code. If you need a fiscal receipt, it comes from an online or virtual till, while BuySale tracks stock, profit and customer credit alongside it.
That is a question of tax law, and we do not give legal advice. Check with the tax office or your accountant which rules apply to your kind of shop and business; the official information is on soliq.uz. Then choose a system that meets that requirement.
BuySale wrote this page, and we do not hide that. That is why there is no ranking: groups by type, alphabetical inside, BuySale in its own group with what it does not do written out plainly. Details for each system were taken from its own site on 16–17 September 2026. Prices and features change, so open the vendor’s site yourself before you choose. If you spot a mistake, write to us through the Contact page.
The five groups above were put together on 17 September, and a few systems did not make it in. On 2026-09-18 we took the public lists of shop software for Uzbekistan, reopened the official page of every system they mention, and gathered the result into this table: 25 systems in alphabetical order, with BuySale in its place. Where a site would not open or the information was absent, we said so rather than guessing. The two lists complement each other: the groups above include systems this table does not.

Checked: 2026-09-18; the BILLZ, REGOS and MoySklad rows were re-checked on 2026-10-04. Every cell comes from that vendor’s own page at the link above; “not mentioned” does not mean “it cannot do this” — it simply was not on the page we opened. Prices and terms change, so open the site yourself before signing anything. Vendors: if something here is out of date or wrong, write to us via the Contact page or the Telegram bot — we will correct it against your source and update the checked date.
We took the list of systems from the public round-ups below — some written by our competitors, which we are not hiding either. But the content of every cell comes from the vendor’s own official page, not from those articles: copying a number out of a round-up means copying its mistakes too.
There is no single right answer for everyone, which is why we do not publish a ranking. Start with two questions: who issues the fiscal receipt (your tax office or accountant will tell you; the difference is explained in Do I need a cash register?) and what device you will keep the books on. If the software itself must issue the receipt, look at the systems that state a tax integration. If you have no computer and want the books on a phone, look at the phone-first ones. Only then compare price and limits — every cell in the table links back to the vendor’s own site. The rest of the checklist: eight questions to ask before choosing.
The groups were compiled on 17 September and the table on 2026-09-18, and the table also takes in systems from other lists — Loyverse, Poster POS, OX System, SellerPeak24, Jowi, CloudShop, LiteBox, Optimo and USU among them. At the same time the groups contain systems the table does not, because they came from a different check. Read both — neither list is complete.
Because a missing price is information too: it means the comparison has to start with a phone call and the total cannot be worked out in advance. Dropping those vendors would leave the false impression that everyone publishes a price. So they stay, marked “no price published”.
We draw no such conclusion and suggest you do not either. We only record what we saw: on 2026-09-18 jowi.club and cloudshop.uz did not answer, jowi.uz returned 404, the sellerpeak24.uz domain was in its redemption period, and oxsystem.uz did not respond (its product page was found on oxapp.io). A domain can be down for a while or moved elsewhere. If you want that particular system, contact it directly.
No. The order is alphabetical, and there are no paid slots or sponsorships. Outward links carry a nofollow mark, so they neither lift nor lower anyone’s search position. We ask for one thing only: if you spot a mistake, write to us with a link to the source.
