Want to move your paper debt book onto a phone? There are plenty of apps for it and they differ a lot: one only records debts, another runs together with a till and stock, a third texts the debtor by itself. Below is what each app says about itself on its own website or App Store page, as of 04.10.2026. BuySale wrote this page and is on the list too, so every claim is given with its source.
Debt book apps come in two kinds. The first grew out of the paper debt book: their main job is recording debts and payments, most of them text the debtor by themselves, and some add sales and stock (MyQarz, pDaftar, Qarz Daftari, Qarz Nazorati and QARZDAFTAR). The second grew out of the till: the debt is written straight from the sale at the counter and sits next to stock levels and profit (BuySale, BILLZ Lite, BirLiy and MoySklad). If your debts mostly start at the till, the second kind is handier; if you only want to replace the paper book and text debtors, the first is enough. BuySale is the second kind and does not send SMS to debtors.
BuySale comes first, then the apps that grew out of a debt book, then the ones that grew out of a till, alphabetical within each group. This is not a ranking. Where a page is silent we wrote “not mentioned” — that does not mean “no”, only that we could not confirm it. Tap a name to show just that card.
Shop software that grew out of a till: till, stock levels, a credit ledger and a nightly profit report in one place
Credit sales at the till (part in cash or by card, the rest on credit), part payments, due dates, a credit limit and a credit stop, a coloured payment-habit dot. A customer linked to the Telegram bot gets the credit-sale receipt automatically and sees the balance under the “Qarzim” (My debt) button. Debts are in UZS only
Sends nothing itself: no SMS or calls are connected. The Reminders section shows who needs reminding, with a ready text — you get in touch yourself with the Call and Copy buttons
Browser (app.buysale.uz), an Android app from the website (not in Play Market), iPhone through Safari, desktop in Chrome or Edge. App language: Uzbek (Latin and Cyrillic) and Russian

Data taken on 04.10.2026 from each app’s own website, App Store page or developer’s post, and it can change at any time — open that page yourself before installing. Dollar prices are given as the App Store shows them. Nothing was taken from third-party reviews or ratings.
Every statement in the table comes from these pages. Links open in a new window.
Choose by how debts actually arise in your shop, not by the advertising.
If it starts with a sale at the till, a program that writes the debt along with the sale saves time: the item leaves stock and the debt lands on the customer by itself. If debts are written by hand away from the till, a standalone debt app is enough.
If the app sends SMS, check whether they are in the plan or paid per message, and add that to the monthly cost. If it does not, make sure it gives you a list of who to remind and a ready text — you will make the call yourself.
Most debt arguments start with “I never took that much”. When the customer can see their own record through a link or Telegram, the conversation gets shorter.
If credit sales, seeing debts and taking payments are separate permissions, a seller cannot hand out credit at will. That matters in a shop with staff.
Some apps are listed only on the App Store (for iPhone), others run on Android and in a browser too. Check the interface language — Uzbek, Russian, Cyrillic — for your sellers as well as for you.
Add SMS, extra users and branches to the plan price. And check the limits of any free plan: the number of debtors, products or documents may be capped.
We write about ourselves just as plainly: what we have, what we lack and when another app suits you better.
BuySale is not a debt app but shop software that grew out of a till. Credit is written straight from the sale: the item leaves stock, the debt goes onto the customer’s ledger, and the nightly report shows that day’s credit and the money collected from debtors as separate lines. How it works in detail is on the customer credit page.
Google Play has even more debt book apps. We only included apps we could check on their own website, App Store page or the developer’s own post: on the day of the check Google Play pages did not open fully in our tool, and we do not write about an app whose description we have not read. If your app belongs here or you spot a mistake, write to us — we will add or correct it from your own page and update the date.
There is no single “best” for everyone, which is why we published no ranking. If your debts mostly start at the till, pick software that writes the debt with the sale (BuySale, BILLZ Lite, BirLiy and MoySklad); if you only want to replace the paper book and send debtors automatic SMS, a debt app will do (MyQarz, pDaftar, Qarz Daftari, Qarz Nazorati and QARZDAFTAR). Table data as of 04.10.2026.
Yes, according to their own pages: pDaftar has a free plan (one business, SMS paid separately), the Qarz Daftari app is free (the PRO subscription is paid), Qarz Nazorati is free (on the App Store, for iPhone), QARZDAFTAR installs free (its Basic subscription is paid), and MoySklad’s free-forever plan is capped at 100 products, counterparties and documents. BuySale has no free-forever plan: 7 days free, then from 6,630 UZS a day — the terms are on the pricing page. Data as of 04.10.2026.
According to their own pages: pDaftar — when a debt is written, on payment and on the due date (each SMS paid separately); Qarz Daftari — SMS and automatic calls on a schedule you set (separate packages); Qarz Nazorati — weekly automatic SMS through Eskiz.uz; MyQarz — 30 to 500 SMS reminders a month depending on the plan. BuySale does not send any: you get a list of who to remind with a ready text, and the message or call is up to you.
There is no file import, so open debts are entered by hand once: on the “Add debt” screen you put the name, phone number, amount, due date and what was taken — you can also say it aloud and the name, amount and date are picked out. After that, debts are written from till sales by themselves. The routine is in the credit management guide.
In BuySale, yes — if the customer links to the Telegram bot through the shop’s link. After a credit sale the receipt then reaches them automatically, the “Qarzim” (My debt) button shows the current balance and “Xaridlarim” (My purchases) shows the last 10 purchases and this month’s total. You copy the link, share it through Telegram or text it from your own phone. Among the apps in the table, pDaftar also says it shows customers their debt history through a link.
In a plain debt app you record the debt on its own: the sale, stock and profit live somewhere else. In shop software the debt is part of the till sale: the sale is recorded once, stock goes down, the debt lands on the customer and shows up in the nightly report. But shop software asks for more setup: entering your products, scanning at the till, giving staff permissions. Some debt apps in the table also have sales and stock — they sit in between.
BuySale compiled it, so we are an interested party. That is why we kept to one rule: everything about each app comes from its own page, with the link and the date; whatever a page does not say is marked “not mentioned” rather than turned into a flaw; there is no ranking, and our own weak points have their own section. Data as of 04.10.2026 — please check it.
